Canadian Show Jumping Team veteran Tani Zeidler initiated a breeding program at her Zeidler Farm in 2005. Her former grand prix mount, Illusion (Calvados IV x Lucky Boy), served as the breeding program’s flagship mare.
Recognized in 2007 by the KWPN in The Netherlands as the most important dam in Dutch Warmblood breeding, Illusion has continued to live up to that title. Her first foals in the Zeidler Farm breeding program, Lavender ZF and India Blue ZF, have both gone on to enjoy successful show jumping careers.
More than a decade later, Zeidler Farm’s breeding program has produced top prospects for the sport horse market, with bloodlines featuring such sought-after names as Heartbreaker, Concorde, and Lucky Boy. Each stallion is carefully selected to complement each mare, with Atlantic, Diamant de Semilly, Cardento, Calvados IV, and Zapatero being among the sires of choice.
